New and nice apartment, it had basic utensils. The host helped me a lot.

It has absolutely perfect and excellent setting not far from the garden as well as Loch Lomond and several very worthy restaurants. Not to mention that it is located right in the centre of everything.

there were an ironing set, coffee and tea making facilities, and satellite television. staff were very attentive and amiable and provided lots of recommendations.

Best Aspects of My Xmas Stay

I really enjoyed my Xmas stay at this hotel in Luss. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the village and conveniently close to amenities and attractions. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary facilities. The highlight of my stay was the warm and friendly host, who went out of their way to make my Xmas special. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, with a variety of options to choose from. I had a great experience during my Xmas stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

There were a couple of minor issues during my Xmas stay at this hotel. there was a lack of clear instructions on how to get to the hotel, as it is located on a one-way street.

Location was marvellous and incredible, 10 mins walking to Luss Pier. Staff was pleasant and exceptional and provided us with a refrigerator, a kettle and central heating.

There was themed room with a very original touch, kind of themed bedrooms and a double bed. Staff was really helpful and attentive, helped us with everything.

For the price we paid, the value was incredible. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with nice touches throughout. The location was perfect, nestled among charming cottages and just a short walk from the wedding venue we were attending. The staff, especially Maria, were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better would be to have a wider variety of hot options available.
